What's the minimum order?

50 caps per style. You can mix colors within a style at no extra charge as long as the artwork stays the same.

How fast is fast?

You'll have a digital mockup within one business day. Once you approve it, production and delivery typically take 10–14 business days. Need it sooner? Contact us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.

What artwork do you need?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG works for most logos. If your art needs cleanup or digitizing for embroidery, our designers handle it — that's included.

Can I see it before you make it?

Always. Nothing goes into production until you approve the mockup. If something's off, we revise it.

Where's the decoration?

Front panel, up to 5" W × 2.5" H. Side, back, and under-brim decoration are available through our full-service agency — just ask.

Are these real Richardson hats?

Yes. Every blank in the builder is a genuine Richardson style — 112, 112FP, 256, 258, 168, and 111 — decorated in our shop in Argyle, Texas.

Do you do shirts, koozies, or other merch?

We do — Catalyst Caps is part of Catalyst Agency, a full branded-merchandise shop. Hats live here; for everything else, get in touch.

What's a Team & Artist Store?

We design and stock hats for teams, artists, and organizations and sell them here so their fans can order one at a time. Want one for your group? Contact us.
