What's the minimum order for custom hats?

50 caps per style. You can mix colors within one style at no extra charge as long as the artwork stays the same. Team and artist store hats are separate ready-to-buy items that fans can order one at a time.

How soon will I receive a mockup and my hats?

We'll send a digital mockup within one business day. After you approve it, production and delivery typically take 10–14 business days. If you have a deadline, ask us before placing the order so we can confirm what's possible.

What artwork files can I upload?

SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF vector files give the cleanest starting point. A high-resolution PNG works for many logos; JPG is also accepted in the uploader. Artwork cleanup and embroidery digitizing are included. Add notes for thread or patch colors on the product page.

Can I approve the design before production?

Yes. A Catalyst designer reviews your art and sends a digital mockup. Nothing goes into production until you approve it; if something is off, we revise the proof.

Which decoration should I choose?

Flat embroidery is a clean direct stitch, 3D puff is raised, and woven, embroidered, leather, and PVC patches offer different detail and texture. Read our decoration comparison or send us your logo for a recommendation.

Which Richardson hat fits my logo?

The 112 is a classic trucker, the 112FP has a seamless five-panel front, the 168 has a tall patch-friendly panel, the 111 is relaxed, and the 256 and 258 are rope-hat looks. See the six-style comparison.

Where can my logo go?

The online custom-hat price covers front-panel decoration up to 5 inches wide by 2.5 inches high. Side, back, and under-brim decoration can be quoted through Catalyst Agency; contact us for those requests.

Are these genuine Richardson hats?

Yes. The six live custom styles use genuine Richardson 111, 112, 112FP, 168, 256, and 258 blanks, decorated by Catalyst Caps in Argyle, Texas.

What's included in the price?
