Four steps from idea to hats-in-hand
Pick your Richardson blank
Choose from the 112 Trucker, 112FP, 256 and 258 Rope hats, the 168 seven-panel, or the 111 garment-washed dad cap. Every style is a real Richardson blank — the same hats you see on the best-run shops, teams, and brands.
Pick your colorway and decoration
Select a color combo, then choose flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, a leather patch, or a woven / embroidered / PVC patch. Pricing updates instantly.
Upload your artwork
Drop in a PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF right on the product page, add thread or patch color notes, and check out. Minimum order is 50 caps per style.
Approve your mockup
Within one business day a Catalyst designer sends you a digital mockup. Nothing goes into production until you say go. Then we make it in our Argyle, Texas shop and ship it to you — typically 10–14 business days after approval.
